2026 GVHS Convention, AGM & Judge's Seminar Registration

Welcome to the 2026 Registration Forms 

 

  • Please complete one form per attendee.

  • There are separate forms for Conference/AGM attendees and for judges

  • Registration is not confirmed until payment is received.

  • All registrations are due by January 15, 2026.

If space allows, late registrations may be accepted for sessions only after January 15, 2025


No meal options will be available for late registrations.

Wild Knox can only bring one of the two hat styles of hat bars to the event. They bring a wide selection of hats in various colors and sizes, along with an extensive assortment of accessories and branding to ensure every guest finds their perfect match.Trucker hats are $55 for unlimited patches, choose from a large selection of colored trucker hats with adjustable sizing. Trucker add-ons- hat chains, custom patches, custom hat pins. Western Style hats start at $95. Additional info below. 


Hat Bar style will be chosen based on the majority interest. We will contact you with additional info and will ask for a deposit.

Tickets starting at $26 and must be purchased separately at the Cowtown Website. 

If you plan to attend, please check the box on the registration form so we can coordinate seating and transportation.
